With close to 6,000 associates outside North America, the International Region of Travel + Leisure Co. is a truly global organisation with deep regional roots. Its operations span five of the world’s most dynamic cities — Dubai, Shanghai, Tokyo, Clark, and the Gold Coast — reflecting a deliberate strategy to be present at the heart of the markets it serves. We propose this International business for the Best Overall Company (Over 500 Employees) award, as it sets the benchmark for excellence in the industry.

Strategic Growth
2025 was one of the group’s most significant years of growth, with 13 properties added to Club Wyndham South Pacific, including Club Wyndham Mission Beach and the much-anticipated Club Wyndham Bellinzona Hepburn Springs. The company currently oversees more than 100 properties and served over 100,000 vacation owners. Meanwhile, the group opened a head office in Dubai, as it pursues new opportunities across the Middle East – a confident, deliberate push into one of the world’s most exciting travel markets.

In 2024, it acquired the rights to develop and market Accor Vacation Club, which added 30,000 members and 24 properties to its portfolio. Travel + Leisure Co. capitalised on this by launching a new Accor Vacation Club Asia Pacific in Indonesia in 2025. Over the course of two years, it has also rebuilt the sales function of Accor Vacation Club through six sales sites and a virtual sales team to present to guests at other club resorts. Thanks to this forward thinking and hard work, Accor Vacation Club earned record sales revenue in 2025.

Innovative and Essential Products
What sets Travel + Leisure Co. apart is its hybrid hospitality model, combining shared ownership through vacation clubs with traditional hotel inventory and branded residences. Many properties managed by the club or developer also feature hotel inventory open to the general public, which provides a constant flow of potential prospects – while the high occupancy of vacation ownership helps to provide more trade to food, beverage and retail outlets onsite.

Development of 20-year vacation clubs, including 2025’s Accor Vacation Club Asia Pacific, is another innovation fixing a significant pain point. By guaranteeing members proceeds from property sales at the end of the club term and offering the option to surrender annual points and forgo levies, the business is unlocking entirely new market segments and appealing to younger people.

A new Lifestyle benefits platform gives members complimentary access to an e-commerce site with exclusive deals and offers on travel products, gift cards and everyday items. This system was rebuilt in 2025. Lifestyle’s additional tiered benefits system also allows members to exchange their credits/points for thousands of hotels, thousands of vacation exchange properties, cruises and bespoke travel packages. The platform ensures vacation ownership is more than accommodation, but a way for members to enrich their approach to life.

Employee Recognition & CSR
Travel + Leisure Co. understands that member experiences begin with employee experiences. Having won an HR Asia Best Companies to Work For award across Indonesia, the Philippines, and Thailand, the group is committed to people-first culture.

In 2025, the Travel + Leisure Co. International region recorded an associate engagement score of 4.22, up 5% from the previous year. The business offers an internal employee recognition program for quality work, including financial incentives, a bonus structure for managers, and eligibility for international conferences. The business prides itself on giving talent an opportunity to grow – and 159 associates were promoted last year. At the same time, Be Well supports associates across physical, mental, and financial dimensions, leading to engaged, happy associates.

The group’s diversity, equity and inclusion communities had a standout 2025:
• Pride grew to over 470 members (a 22% increase on 2024), and hosted 15 events, webinars, marches, and partnerships celebrating and affirming LGBTQ+ associates and allies
• Women in Travel tackled important issues facing women today, including domestic abuse and reproductive loss, through powerful webinars and fundraising drives
• The First Nations Working Group deepened organisational understanding of First Nations peoples across Australia and New Zealand
In 2026, an Asian and Pacific Islanders in Travel DRG was also launched.

Travel + Leisure Co.’s commitment to the communities in which it operates is equally impressive. Through its Wishes program, the group has raised an extraordinary US$600,000 for charitable causes. On the ground, teams have adopted sea turtle nests in the Philippines, partnered with the Ministry of Forestry to plant 2,500 mangroves in Fiji, and raised funds for a cure for facioscapulohumeral dystrophy (FSHD) through a corporate surf challenge in Australia, making front-page news.

Travel + Leisure Co. clearly delivers bold, strategic growth without losing its humanity. For a company of this scale to remain purposeful and people-driven while continually innovating its sector, is rare – and why they deserve to be named Best Overall Company (Over 500 Employees) at the GNEX Awards 2026.
