Jonathan Stoker is redefining what membership means in the vacation ownership industry.
In an industry historically centered around transactions, Jonathan has built something fundamentally different: a true member portfolio management platform designed to empower owners long after the sale. Under his leadership, VOA Worldwide has evolved from a post-sale support company into a global technology-driven membership ecosystem that strategically manages a member’s entire travel portfolio.
Over the past 12 months, Jonathan has led the design and deployment of one of the most advanced member platforms in the vacation ownership space.
The VOA platform allows members to:
* Book hotels in real time with live inventory
* View current weather forecasts tied directly to their stay
* Instantly see nearby landmarks with exact walking or ride-share distances
* Discover top-rated restaurants within proximity
* Access over 50,000 live world tours across 160 countries
* Upload and securely store TSA information, passport details, and essential travel documents
* Deliver real-time, bookable travel quotes directly to members, allowing to pay and receive instant confirmation from their mobile device or desktop.
Security has been engineered at the highest level. The platform does not rely solely on two-factor authentication — it incorporates authentication key technology, creating one of the most secure login environments available in the travel sector. Jonathan recognized that member data protection is not optional; it is foundational.
In addition, Jonathan led the development of what is believed to be the first airline booking system inside the vacation ownership industry that eliminates traditional third-party booking structures. Members can now book flights online through VOA’s system while maintaining a direct airline booking relationship — preserving loyalty status, miles, and elite benefits. This removes friction, enhances transparency, and aligns with how modern travelers expect to book.
Beyond consumer-facing innovation, Jonathan has expanded VOA Worldwide globally.
In December 2025, he spent the entire month of December in Asia — primarily Vietnam and Thailand — personally overseeing the launch of VOA Worldwide’s first fully branded international sales gallery. On March 15, 2026, VOA will officially commence sales operations at a 7,000-square-foot, top-floor, fully built-out sales gallery at the Citadines Bayfront Hotel in Nha Trang, Vietnam, complete with a marketing infrastructure, tour pipeline agreements, and a trained 12-person sales team.
Simultaneously, he led the creation of a fully multilingual and multi-currency platform. With one click, the system translates across languages — including Vietnamese, English, and Korean — while the integrated CRM allows seamless communication between teams globally, eliminating language barriers inside operations.
Jonathan’s global commitment did not stop there.
He spent New Year’s 2026 in Ecuador working alongside Jama Campay Resort to help establish their “Vacation Experience Center” concept — providing strategic guidance to help independent resort developers build sustainable, member-first growth models.
He also secured a strategic partnership with AwardWallet, integrating its globally recognized rewards-tracking technology directly into VOA Worldwide’s ecosystem. Members now receive push notifications, real-time flight alerts, automated rewards tracking, and email-parsed itinerary monitoring — all inside the VOA membership structure. The system suggests alternative flights during cancellations and updates loyalty balances automatically. It brings enterprise-level travel intelligence to everyday members.
Over the last 12 months, Jonathan has not only built technology — he has built industry infrastructure.
In October 2025, he spent time in Vancouver with the Canadian Resort & Travel Association to help launch the industry’s first true leadership podcast, giving entrepreneurs and executives a platform to discuss real challenges, innovation, and solutions shaping the future of vacation ownership. By creating space for open dialogue, he has helped elevate transparency and collaboration across the industry.
Jonathan’s leadership philosophy is clear:
Vacation ownership should not end at the point of sale — it should evolve into lifelong portfolio management.
He has spent the past year studying cancellation trends, retention patterns, and consumer behavior to build a “membership with purpose” model that increases retention, enhances engagement, and provides measurable value to both developers and owners.
He is not simply growing a company.
He is reshaping expectations.
From advanced security architecture to direct airline integration, from global sales expansion to multilingual infrastructure, from live world tour booking to rewards automation — Jonathan Stoker is building the next evolution of travel membership.
Entrepreneur of the Year should recognize innovation, leadership, vision, and measurable impact.
Jonathan Stoker embodies all four.
The future of vacation ownership is smarter, more secure, more global, and more member-focused — and Jonathan is leading that transformation.
He is not following where the industry has been.
He is building where it is going.
