She began her career at a software development company specializing in online lead-sharing solutions, on-property apps, and websites. During her tenure, Ashley led account management and business development teams, working with esteemed brands like RCI, Wyndham, Starwood Resorts, and Rosewood Hotels. Her exceptional work with International Cruise & Excursions (now arrivia) led to her recruitment to lead marketing technology efforts.
Since joining arrivia in 2014, Ashley’s roles have expanded significantly, from driving the company’s product vision to leading the Account Management organization in 2020. In 2024, she was promoted to Executive Vice President and now serves on arrivia’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT), playing a pivotal role in shaping the company’s vision and strategy.
