All offers are passed straight onto our members for maximum engagement and uptake. The Lifestyle by Wyndham team is committed to building outcomes with organizations that share the same values and want to work with them to create the best possible services and experiences for its members.
The program goal is to help Club Wyndham South Pacific members decrease their everyday expenses by providing a range of discounts off household purchases so they can live a better lifestyle and travel more. It also aims to reduce Club Wyndham members’ travel expenses while holidaying so they can do more, and have a better experience.
These goals have been achieved in the last 12 months through the on-boarding of over 100 new partners, including big brands like Vodafone, Bupa, Click Energy, Chempro Chemists, Woolworths, Coles and Dulux.
Discounts up to 63% off are offered off a huge range of products and services plus this year the program launched a new digital store card provider offering 20+ additional brands and higher discounts.
The Lifestyle by Wyndham has been so successful it has seen:
• A 77.5 percent increase in website visitation over the past year
85,170 (1 Dec 18 – 24 Nov 19) vs. 151,234 (1 Dec 19 – 24 Nov 20)
• A 110 percent increase in website logins (22,254 (1 Dec 18 – 24 Nov 19)
vs. 46,709 (1 Dec 19 – 24 Nov 20)
• 5,742 new member enrolments YTD.
• Average annual household expenses saving of $4,500+ per household of 4 (2 adults / 2 children) across all offers (if members were to take up offers across all household expense categories)
• Total member base at 24 Nov 2020 is currently at 54,279
• Nov 20 reached a record in digital store card sales of $400,086.75 versus $266,578 for Nov 19.
Total owner numbers in Club Wyndham South Pacific is 58,000 – so this uptake of the Lifestyle program with over 54,000 members is truly impressive.
To assist improving the customer experience and accessibility of the program, in January 2020 the Lifestyle mobile app was launched, with more than 6,583 downloads to date.
Thanks to targeted marketing initiatives during COVID-19, specifically tailored to assist members in lockdown or impacted by border restrictions, the program experienced a 30% increase in enrolments and a 150% increase in members engaging with the website over the past 12 months.
Club Wyndham TV was also launched on the Lifestyle site and app in June this year. Here owners can watch videos which give find handy tips on domestic travel, road trip ideas and itineraries along with videos showcasing their resorts and club destinations, and even videos showcasing the new hygiene standards at resorts to help them plan their future holidays. During COVID-19 lockdowns, free fitness, yoga and meditation classes were also delivered to the channel, all which can be done with no equipment in the owner’s own home or club apartments.
Plus the channel features also video recipes from club resort chefs, dietitians and nutritionists, travel photography tips, plus much more! The channel has had over 7,700 video views with 120+ videos launched. It also showcases some of the products offered to them on Lifestyle by Wyndham in a lifestyle TV show format.
