Providing Owners and Guests with Even More Savings
Grand Pacific Resorts partnered with renowned international travel company arrivia to bring even greater diverse travel options and value to our timeshare Owners and Loyal Guests. arrivia provides customizable travel solutions and high-value loyalty rewards programs, and participating members gain access to robust rewards and significant savings on an array of travel benefits.

In partnership with arrivia, we launched GPX Perks in early Q1 of 2021 through our exclusive exchange network, Grand Pacific Exchange (GPX). As a propriety exchange and rental platform, GPX is complimentary to all Grand Pacific Owners and provides unique benefits like no annual fees or complicated points system.

About GPX Perks
With the introduction of GPX Perks via arrivia, Owners can now convert their week into Savings Credits in order to access the expanded travel options like rental cars, gift cards, tour packages, and more for even greater vacation experiences at better rates. The program also encourages members to take advantage of special vacation offers and rates throughout the year.

Promoting GPX Perks
Grand Pacific Resorts generated significant Owner anticipation around the new GPX Perks Program ahead of its launch by creating several webpages on GPX dedicated solely to Perks that included a promotional how-to video and FAQ section. A buck slip with a special offer was included with the annual maintenance fee reminder and an entire section in the annual Owner magazine, Time Together, was dedicated to the program with a sneak peak of Perks along with external links to learn more. We then hosted a webinar around the Perks launch in which we encouraged Owner participation by offering an instant $250 in Savings Credits simply for watching then taking a brief survey afterwards.

We also created an email campaign dedicated solely to Perks, including giving Owners the option to convert their week into Savings Credits for no fee. This initiative allows them to remain engaged and gain an additional 25% value out of their annual maintenance fee, helping not only maximize their Ownership, but also keep the HOA healthy.

Program Launch and Reception
Since its launch last year, the reception has been overwhelmingly positive. Owners have expressed enthusiasm at maximizing the diverse vacation benefits that are now available to them and have been actively claiming their Savings Credits. So far, the program has resulted in over 16,000 enrollments, over 400 vacations booked, and nearly $45,000 in utilized Savings Credits. We anticipate these metrics continuing to multiply as the program heads into its second year.

Guest Travel Rewards Program
We also launched a loyalty program named ResorTime Traveler, a no-cost initiative aimed at ResorTime bookers and Guests who have long vacationed with Grand Pacific Resorts along with leisure vacationers looking to participate in and benefit from a travel rewards program. On top of earning and redeeming credits, ResorTime Travelers get exclusive access to robust rewards and significant savings, including thousands of beach and city stays, cruise itineraries, and hotel deals.

These new product offerings are powered by arrivia.
