Monetizing unused timeshare points to help owners
After working in the timeshare industry for over 18 years I discovered that most people buy a timeshare and about 50% don’t know how to use it properly or don’t use it at all during the year.
We specialize in primarily helping Marriott Vacation Club owners to use their points by paying them the equivalent of their maintenance costs or a little bit more and almost twice the value of what they get from the Resort group and monetize their points for them. We take these points and then list them on the major booking platforms such as Airbnb, Homeaway, VRBO, and our site and we generate over $2 million per year doing this.
We will also this year pay out over $1 million to Timeshare owners who otherwise wouldn’t of been able to use their points or needed help with medical bills and various other things. We are currently expanding into other developers such as Wyndham, Worldmark, Starwood, and BLUEGREEN to be able to help owners no matter which developer they own with.
